HOLSTEIN SHOW Wednesday 14th April at Bingley Hall, Stafford. The club will be sharing the Wright Manley Stand near to the main ring so come along and see us for a chat and light refreshments.

£3.00 per person including refreshments, children under 16 years free of charge.

C HESHIRE SHOW 22 nd /23 rd June & NANTWICH SHOW 28 th July - the club stand will be available for hospitality, by the judging ring.

HERD VISIT Friday 9 th July 7.30p.m. to Ian & Philomena Scarisbricks herd, Valley Farm, Goostrey, winner of this years herd competition, small herd on inspection class. Come along and see for yourselves the quality of these cattle in this up and coming young herd.

ANNUAL HERD COMPETITION will be judged during the week 13 th to 16 th July. Judge this year is Andrew Birkle. Winchat. Entry forms available from the Secretary in May. The Dinner and awards presentation will be held on 28 th September at the Brooklands Golf Club, Audlem.

HERD VISIT MONDAY 26 th July, Richard and Ruth Pilkington have kindly invited members to join the Shropshire Holstein Club on a herd visit to the well know Aintree herd at Shordley Hall Farm, Hope, Wrexham.

DAY TRIP WEDNESDAY 4 th AUGUST to Lancashire visiting Robert Burrows Stardale herd. Details later.

CALF SHOW combining three clubs will be on Saturday 18th September, at SouthView, Wettenhall. Judges: Calves - John Jamieson "Firth" and Handlers Mike Halliwell " Field of Dreams".
